1, Scope of application:
WZL  Mixing agitator is widely used in mixing of dry powder materials such as dry-powder mortar, chemical industry, pesticide, detergent, pigment food, MSG, milk powder, salt, feedstuff, chemicals, ceramics, plastic, rubber additive, etc.

2, Characteristic:
a. mixing powder to powder, particle to particle or particle to powder ,liquid can spay into material ,but all material must be solid powder during all the process
b. the two axes rotate at the same speed with different direction, it can mix material uniformly with 1:1000 proportion, or with great different of density
c. when mixing, by suffering great power of interaction , it will cause material destroyed at very small scope
d. when mixing, the materials are moving at enormous energy, it will request the machine must have enough power.
e. the gap between the paddle and cylinder wall is 3~5mm, so to enforce the mixing effect and reduce the leftover after discharge.

3, Working ^_principle:
In the horizontal twin U container, there are two opposite rotation axes and certain numbers of paddle stirrers are set up on the each axe at certain angles
When mixing:
a. the horizontal axes make the material move up and down.
b. rotation at opposition direction of the double axes makes materials exchange from left to right.
c.paddle stirrers push material at angle 45 to move circularly in the cylinder, and the materials can reach good mixing effect under the movement of staggered agitating blades.
3, specitfication:

4,  Decelerator: The highly effective speed change, a motor-driven bidirectional synchronization output's decelerator.

    Crushing device: high-speed crushing axis make dislocation revolution which crush the agravic  material.

5, various types of double shafts mixer:

The double shafts mixer includes such devices: Additional decelerator, crushing installment, replaceable paddle etc.

Replaceable paddle: we can change the paddles easily when mixing the material of high friction coefficient and in fragile state.

6,  Feeding:

Feeding inlet on the body cover: dynamic flange feeding inlet, manual feeding inlet, ventilation.

the feeding people is convenient to stand on vaulted, enhanced design of the body case (see as the picture) to feed.

7,  Dual shaft mixer (10 CBM)(for example):

a, Capacity: 4-8 CBM/ 4-7 ton per time;

b, can work 24 hours continuously and the mixing time can be controlled in 5 mins;

c, cooperated with the loading system and unloading system, we can achieve the output of 600,000 ton per year.

Manual feed 

9, Entire seal at the bottom:

There are two cylinders on the side surface and the discharging time is 4-6 seconds.
